Adam Clements is an experienced lawyer who focuses on Personal Injury (particularly Health Law) and insurance matters. He has previously worked as part of a team lobbying for amendments to the Medical Indemnity Act 2002 (Cth) as well as in commercial litigation, criminal law and as a researcher for Jeremy Morris SC.

Adam’s expertise includes medical negligence cases, such as dental negligence, ear, nose & throat claims, general practice (GP) claims, psychiatric claims, emergency department claims, surgical complication claims, birth trauma, and wrongful birth/antenatal screening negligence. Additionally, Adam is well-versed in professional negligence cases against legal practitioners for failing to adequately prepare claims prior to resolution or providing advice on negligence in resolving personal injury claims.

Adam has run multiple cases that cross state boundaries, requiring him to navigate conflict of laws principles and negotiate the interaction of Commonwealth Consumer Protection legislation with state-based Civil Liability legislation. Adam is always eager to take on new challenges and expand his knowledge of the law.
