Born in Blacktown and inspired by his mother working in a personal injury firm, Bailey graduated from high school and went straight into his studies. He has studied at both the University of Wollongong and the College of Law Australia completing his Bachelor of Law and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Bailey’s passion for learning, helping people, and working as part of a team led him to join Melinda Griffiths Lawyers in 2023.

Bailey focuses predominantly on personal injury and compensation matters including public liability, institutional abuse, worker’s compensation, and motor vehicle claims. Working as a Lawyer, he leverages his outgoing personality as he liaises with clients, briefs expert witnesses and corresponds with opposing counsel to resolve claims in a timely manner.

Balancing his personal and professional life, Bailey enjoys learning musical instruments and exercising to unwind. On the weekend you can find him trying out a new restaurant in town with his friends or out riding his bike.
